Increase in Personal Check Fee to $100

Dear Valued Canadian Meds USA Customer,
Canadian Meds USA (CMUSA) has always accepted personal checks from our customers since we started business in 2001. While the use of a credit card to pay for orders has always bee preferable (since it avoids pricing errors and delays in order processing), we understand that the use of a credit card simply may not be an option for some of our customers. CMUSA does not plan to change its policy of accepting personal checks and money orders.
However, CMUSA's overhead cost of processing orders paid by personal check has always significantly exceeded the $5.000 personal check processing fee that we have charged for the past 5 years. As a result, the fee for use of a personal check (or money order) will increase from $5.00 to $10.00, effective January 1, 2007. The new fee amount will still be less than CMUSA's actual cost of processing. At the same time, please be assured that our commitment to excellent customer service will continue, irrspective of whether a credit card or personal check is used.
