Please Read the Following Information If You are Placing an Order that Includes
Both a Refill and a New or Replacement Prescription

Combined shipping in a single package is not assured and may not be possible when a refill order is placed
online AND a new or replacement prescription from your doctor is being submitted at the same time. Please note that a “replacement” prescription, i.e., one that is being submitted to replace a prescription that has expired or has no refills remaining, is treated the same as a new prescription for a drug not previously ordered.
Your order will have a much better chance of being shipped together, with a single shipping charge, if you mail or fax your new prescription and your refill order
together to Canadian Meds USA. Additionally, whenever possible, the
Refill Request Form received from Pacific Care Pharmacy with your previous order should be used to order your refill. You save $5 each time you use the Refill Request Form to place an order.
If you have a new prescription and still desire to place your refill order online, please make sure that your
new or replacement prescription is faxed (or mailed) to CMUSA
before placing your online refill order AND that you include a note with your new prescription to let us know that your order includes
both a refill and a new prescription, along with the fact that you are submitting your refill order online. Failure to provide this information to CMUSA on a timely basis significantly increases the chance that your orders will be shipped separately, resulting in more than one shipping charge.
